Steven Walls, D.M.D.   

Dr. Walls attended Temple Dental in Pennsylvania.  He did his residency in the US Army and served 5 years.  After the Army he decided to come out west for the great snow.  He LOVES to ski, mountain bike and be outdoors.  He started his practice in EDH May 1, 2000.  He also enjoys taking continuing education classes and attends about 100 hrs per year.  Dr. Walls is married to Wendy and they now live in Shingle Springs with their dog, Mel. 

 

Christine Church, R.D.H.

Christine has been with Dr. Walls since April 2004.  She is a hygienist with 20 years of dental experience.  She moved to EDH with her husband and two boys in 2004.  She enjoys scrapbooking and reading as well as camping.  Her family enjoys taking their boat out on Folsom or Trinity Lake for wakeboarding and skiing.  Christine has enjoyed meeting and working with all the families at Dr. Walls' office.

Suzanne Running, R.D.H.

Suzanne has worked with us since 2006.  She came to us with over 34 years in dentistry, starting as an assistant when she was just 14 years old!  Dentistry has always been her passion, specializing in the treatment of periodontal disease.  Her desire is to help patients achieve ultimate oral health.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, going to the movies, scrap booking and camping.  Four kids keep her busy and she loves every minute of it!

Cori D. R.D.H.

Cori is our part-time hygienist.  In her spare time she is a wife and mom to 2 little boys.  She has a passion for her job and brings a light to our office.  We  love having her.

    Susie Lawson                 

Susie is our patient coordinator and financial specialist. She came to us with over 15 years of customer service experience and is rapidly gaining experience with dental office coordination and insurance. If you have any questions or fears, she is your gal! If she doesn't know the answer, she will find it for you. She is dedicated to getting to know you and helping you achieve your dental improvement goals. She is married and has 3 beautiful children.

   Lisa Mahaffey, R.D.A.    

Another snowbunny.  Lisa has only been with us a short time but has already made a home for herself.  She loves to snowboard.

 

Wendy Hagel, CFO (Chief Fun Officer)

Wendy met Dr. Walls, on a blind date, when he was first building out his practice.  Together they designed the office and got it up and running.  In 2002 she left her regular job and started working full time in the practice. They married in 2003.  Though she tries to stay out of the office now she does like to come in and hang out with our patients and staff.  You can ALWAYS hear her laughing with someone.
